The Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) is an annual gathering of young campus journalists across Central Luzon, serving as a platform for aspiring writers, broadcasters, and photojournalists to showcase their skills. It is the qualifying competition for the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC), the most prestigious student journalism event in the country.

The RSPC is more than just a competition—it is a training ground for young journalists to hone their writing, broadcasting, and digital media skills. Through various categories such as News Writing, Editorial Writing, Sports Writing, Feature Writing, Photojournalism, and Radio Broadcasting, students develop critical thinking, ethical journalism practices, and storytelling techniques.
